1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- All VIP transfer and chauffeur services booked through royalbosphorustransfer.com are subject to the following cancellation and refund policies.
- Any user who makes a reservation on our website is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in advance.
2. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT TERMS
- Cancellations 24 Hours or More Before the Service Time: Customers have the right to cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time. In this case, a full refund (100%) will be processed.
- Cancellations Between 24 and 12 Hours Before the Service Time: For cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours prior to the scheduled transfer time, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Cancellations Less Than 12 Hours Before the Service Time: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled transfer time, or in the event of a no-show (the customer not being present at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time).
- Force Majeure: In case the transfer cannot be performed due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, road closures, or documented medical emergencies, a full refund will be provided, or the reservation will be rescheduled free of charge.
3. RESERVATION CHANGES
- Requests for amendments regarding vehicle models, pickup times, or routes must be submitted to our customer service via info@royalbosphorustransfer.com or +905324004750 at least 6 hours prior to the transfer time. Confirmation of changes depends on availability and is at the sole discretion of our company.
4. REFUND PROCESS
- Approved refunds will be credited directly back to the original credit/debit card used during the booking process.
- Depending on your bank’s internal procedures, it may take 1 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your statement. Our company has no authority or influence over international or local banking processing times.
